Kwik is a brand new on-demand, last-mile bike delivery service focusing on large West African cities. It currently operates in Lagos, Abuja, and Ibadan in Nigeria, and is looking to expand to other cities in the country and continent in the near future.

How Does Kwik Work?
Kwik is an app-based last-mile delivery service. We focus on B2B customers; although anyone can create an account either by downloading our app on the Google Store or the Apple Store or by accessing the service through our website www.kwik.delivery.
Once your account is created, you specify your pick-up and delivery addresses as well as various options such as the type of delivery and the system proposes you a delivery price.
Once you have checked out your order, the price is fixed and one of our Kwiksters will promptly come to pick it up at the specified location.

Kwik is focused on B2B customers, but our service is open to anyone who downloads the app.

How Long Does a Delivery Take?
We commit to deliver within 2 hours from pick up in Lagos, 1 hour in Abuja, and 1 hour in Ibadan.
Can I track my shipment in real time?
Yes, absolutely! Once your shipment is picked up, you receive a link allowing you to track your shipment in real time!
What’s the maximum load weight?
Our kwik boxes are designed to hold 25 kg maximum at a time.
What’s the maximum load size?
Our kwik boxes can hold any item or bundle of items with a maximum size of 36x36x42.
Are my kwik shipments insured?
Yes! Shipment delivered by our Kwiksters benefit from Goods in Transit insurance provided by ALLIANZ for a value of up to 500,000 Nairas or equivalent.
How Can I Pay?
Customers can pay for the delivery price through a variety of options: with local & international debit and credit cards, through your Paga account or through cash on pick up and cash on delivery.
What Are Kwik’s Operating Hours?
Kwik operates Monday from Saturday from 8am to 5pm.
Placing An Order
Kwik uses its online platform for placing delivery requests to independent delivery partners. It connects kwiksters to customers with delivery needs. All one needs to do is sign up and place an order.
Why is my “Proceed to Pay” button not working?
For the “Proceed to Pay” button to work, please make sure that you provided all info for pick up location and delivery point.
I Have An Issue With A Delivery, What Should I Do?

How do I schedule a delivery order?
Do you have a package you want to deliver at a later time, the next day, week, or even a month?
Scheduling a delivery on the kwik delivery app is easy and we’d show you how.
- Open the kwik delivery app on a web browser or your mobile phone.
- Fill in the pick up details and provide your phone number and email address.
- Provide the drop off location by filling in the receiver’s name, location, phone number and email address.
- To activate cash collection on delivery, switch on the merchant/seller toggle and grant Kwik permission to collect cash on delivery (Note: The item’s value must not be less than N5000).
- Switch on the Schedule for later toggle under the “Schedule” tab.
- Beneath the “Schedule” tab is a calendar; go ahead and select your preferred delivery date and time with this calendar.
- Select the order type by confirming if the delivery is a recurring order or a one-time thing.
- After that, choose your preferred delivery vehicle.
- Go ahead and confirm your order by making payment for the delivery (If you didn’t choose the COD format, you will be required to make payment using your credit/debit card, Paga, or bank transfer).
Congratulations! You just scheduled a delivery order using the kwik delivery app.

How much is a kwik delivery trip worth?
Kwik charges delivery fees by distance covered only and our delivery fees start from as low as N400 depending on the distance between the pickup and drop off locations.
How long does it take Kwik to deliver in Lagos?
Kwik delivers items under 2 hours to anywhere in Lagos.
What kind of vehicles does kwik delivery use?
We have vehicles that can deliver any item safely regardless of size. Our vehicle fleet ranges from motorbikes to 30-tons trucks.
Does Kwik provide protective gear for dispatch riders?
Yes we do. All our partners are given branded bags, clothes, and helmets when they sign up and get trained.
Does Kwik give bikes to dispatch riders?
Yes we do. Kwik currently KEEP (Kwik Entrepreneural Empowerment Program) to enthusiastic individuals who want to be dispatch riders but have no bikes. Read this article to find out more.
Does Kwik accept payment on delivery?
If you are a merchant, you can now authorize Kwik to receive payments for your items on your behalf. We remit all funds to your account within 24 hours. Read this article to find out more.
How do I track my deliveries with kwik delivery?
After your order has been confirmed and assigned to a driver, you will see a live map with the driver’s current location in your app.
