About Us :
We are a new start-up company in the logistics market in Nigeria committed to offering online, reliable and secure parcel shipping services within large metropolitan areas. Operations aim to start in Lagos by 2Q 2019.
Who You Are :
You are an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing team and build rapport with customers. You are a strategic thinker with analytical mind and strong problem solving skill. You process driven and goal-oriented. You are highly organized, with capacity to work under pressure. A self-started who requires less or no supervision.
What You’ll Do :
- Understand customer’s need and develop plans to address them.
- Resolve customers’ complaints quickly and effectively.
- Identify key staff in client companies to cultivates profitable relationships.
- Forwards upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team in Kwik.
- Promote high-quality sales, delivery, payment and customer service processes.
- Manages customer business communication and collaborate to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handles and follow-up with customer’s invoice and payment.
- Handles daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation issues with customers.
What You’ll Bring :
- BA/BSc degree in Social Sciences, equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in designing and executing training program.
- Excellent communicator and strong in record keeping.
- Ability to take initiative and be flexible in a constantly-changing work environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suites.
