What is the minimum size of warehousing space that can be booked on KwikShelf?
The minimum space is 1 square meter.
What’s the minimum duration to rent a warehousing space?
The minimum duration is 1 month
What KwikShelf locations are currently available?
We currently offer two locations in Lagos: Oyingbo and Yaba
Can you collect cash payment on delivery (CCOD) from my customers?
Yes, Kwik has a great track record in collecting cash on the point of delivery on behalf of merchants. Our fee is 1.7% of the value. You can select the CCOD option on the Kwik app when placing a delivery request.
Is there a sign-up fee or any other fee in addition to rental fee and fulfillment fee?
There is no sign-up fee. We only have products handling fees called fulfillment fees.Fufillment fees have five components: inbound, stowing, picking, packing and outbound fees. Each fee is per item.
Can I access inside the warehouse?
Yes, you can visit your inventory on a regular basis, under supervision of our staff. There are accessible areas in the warehouse that customers have access to, but the majority of the areas are restricted to warehouse-staff only.
Is fulfillment by Kwik mandatory?
Yes, the fulfillment by Kwik is mandatory. KwikShelf is warehousing & fulfillment service offered together, these services are provided hand-in-hand to ensure speedy processing of customers’ orders requests.
Can I or my staff f handle the fulfillment inside the warehouse?
No. In order to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity, the fulfillment is handled strictly by qualified Kwik staff
Who is responsible for my products stored in your warehouses?
Kwik is fully responsible for your stored products and their declared, documented value.
What’s the maximum insured value you accept?
Kwik has warehouse insurance coverage of N240,000,000. Accepted value of stock should not exceed this specified amount.
How can I check my inventory levels?
There is provision for all Kwikshelf account users to have dashboard on the Warehouse Management System. You can access your inventory levels through our free-to-use Warehouse Management Software (WMS) tool.
Are inventory levels updated in real time?
Yes, each time a product is moved in, and out of the warehouse, it is updated on the WMS dashboard.
Kwikshelf is very secure. The perimeter of the building is under the watch of a corporate security company 24 hours a day, All our warehouses have access control, CCTV and intrusion detection system.
How fast will you fulfill orders that I will send you?
Our maximum fulfillment time is 15 minutes, but is often most kwiker!
How can I let you know that my inventory will come to you and/or will be replenished?
You can send us an email or create a ticket on the WMS dashboard.
How will I know when an order has been shipped to my customers?
Your customer and yourself will receive an automatic notification by email when each order ships.
Can I connect my e-commerce store with your warehouse management system?
Yes, you can connect any store developed with Shopify, WooCommerce and others to our WMS system, so that the inventory of your online store is always accurate.
Is it mandatory to use Kwik Delivery to deliver my orders?
No, it’s not. You are free to use any third-party delivery company that will come pick up your orders with adequate credentials.
Can my customers come pick up their order at the warehouse shipping counter?
Yes, they can. Our public hours are 9am to 5pm (Monday to Friday).
