What is a Kwik Service Agent?
A Kwik Service Agent is Kwik Delivery’s agent that earns a monthly income by helping individuals and Small Business Owners in their neighborhood place order with the Kwik App.
How do I get paid ?
KwikPadi’s get paid their base salary and commission at the beginning of every month. Payment is made into the bank account provided at the point of registration.
What do I need to become a Kwik Service Agent?
You need a smartphone, customer-oriented behavior and an eagerness to earn.
How do I become a Lead agent ?
To qualify as a lead agent, you would need to be a top agent within your assigned zone for 3 months consecutively.
Do I need a shop to be a Kwik Service Agent?
No, but having a shop which is optional attracts additional incentives.
Do I need to have agent experience before I can be a Kwik Service Agent?
No, you don’t need to be an experienced agents to be a Kwik Service Agent. We only need your willingness to learn. All agents are trained with or without prior experience.
What if I don't have a smartphone ?
You cannot become a KwikPadi without a smartphone.
When do I get my referral bonus ?
Referral bonus gets paid instantly to your ewallet on the app after a successful activation of new active user. You referee is expected to order at least one delivery.
Do I have a monthly target ?
Yes, a KwikPadi has a target to meet a minimum of 100 orders monthly.
What happens when I don't meet my target ?
You will ONLY get commission on the orders placed for that month. The Base salary will not be paid to agents who don’t meet their monthly target.
Will I get branding and promotional materials ?
Kwik provides promotional and branding material to all active agents.
Will I get internal support from Kwik Delivery ?
All agents have internal support from 8am – 5pm daily.You can reach out to our agent support team if you encounter any issue.
Will I be trained ?
Yes, training is compulsory and frequent at Kwik to ensure success.
