About Us :

We are a new start-up company in the logistics market in Nigeria committed to offering online, reliable and secure parcel shipping services within large metropolitan areas. Operations aim to start in Lagos by 2Q 2019.

Who You Are :

You are an unconventional adaptable capacity development specialist who can administer capacity development methodologies to fill up skill gap and produce high performing personnel. A process-oriented, data driven and agile trainer who has a knack for getting things done. A change agent and influencer, a great communicator, creative and problem solving individual. You possess interpersonal skill and you are research oriented. You must be tech savvy, having ability to learn fast and also comfortable with different technology platforms.

What You’ll Do :

  • Identify training and drive suitable initiatives across the core business KPIs
  • Drawn an overall training and scalable development plan that addresses the need and expectation of the business
  • Analyze and review business processes and ensure updated training on every process change
  • Interphases with tech team and lead user experience test before deployment
  • Develop the SOPs in collaboration with the operations team
  • Develop different end to end training materials

What You’ll Bring :

  • BA/BSc degree in Social Sciences, equivalent practical experience
  • 2+ years of experience in designing and executing training program
  • Excellent communicator, strong in writing, record keeping
  • Ability to take initiative and be flexible in a constantly-changing work environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
